1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the mekdi88a platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different names, identity card numbers (MyKad), mobile phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts as well as forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. mekdi88a reserves the right to carry out an identity verification process (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain limit. 4 Deposits and Payment Methods

mekdi88a accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All deposits must originate from an account or wallet registered in the same name as the mekdi88a account holder.

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM20
• Deposited funds received will be credited to your account once the payment is confirmed by the system
• mekdi88a does not charge any deposit processing fees, however payment providers may impose their own charges
• Deposits cannot be cancelled once the transaction has been confirmed on the platform's end
• All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency transactions

mekdi88a reserves the right to reject or hold any deposit suspected of involving illicit funds, fraud or any activity that violates these terms. In such cases, the user may be asked to provide proof of the source of funds.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the review policy set by mekdi88a. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the time the request is received and confirmed.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all payment methods
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the user
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal is permitted
• mekdi88a reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal
• Withdrawal requests that appear suspicious may be placed on hold for security investigation purposes

If a user's bank account or e-wallet is closed or inactive, the user is responsible for updating their payment information through the account section before submitting a withdrawal request.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

mekdi88a offers various promotions to its members, including a first deposit welcome bonus of 120% up to RM500. All bonuses are subject to the following wagering requirements:

• Bonus wagering must be completed before any withdrawal from the bonus account is permitted
• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only

The mekdi88a VIP Programme has three (3) tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is awarded according to each member's VIP tier, with a different rate for each tier. Upgrading to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the mekdi88a platform.

7 Prohibited User Conduct

mekdi88a users agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which are considered violations of these terms and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts under the same or different identities to take advantage of bonuses
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or computer programs to play or place bets
• Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the technical operations of the mekdi88a platform
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities or game flaws for unauthorised gain
• Engaging in any form of collusion or coordination to manipulate game outcomes
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits
• Violating any laws or regulations applicable in the user's territory of residence

8 Responsible Gambling

• After account closure, mekdi88a will retain transaction records for the period required by applicable law

10 Limitation of Liability
